cardio questions
i have a few questions regarding cardio?
1) i have read that cardio in the morning on a empty stomach is the best if u want to lose fat.... but wont i lose muscle since i havent had protein for 7-8 hours because of sleep? 2) i have read that HIIT is the best for losing fat...but i feel like i dont have enough energy for HIIT.... so what is the next best thing to do to lose fat while maintaining LBM? 3) i wanted to try HIIT using a jump rope... what how much time would u suggest to be my rest period and my sprint period thank you |
