    cardio questions

i have a few questions regarding cardio?

    1) i have read that cardio in the morning on a empty stomach is the best if u want to lose fat.... but wont i lose muscle since i havent had protein for 7-8 hours because of sleep?

    2) i have read that HIIT is the best for losing fat...but i feel like i dont have enough energy for HIIT.... so what is the next best thing to do to lose fat while maintaining LBM?

    3) i wanted to try HIIT using a jump rope... what how much time would u suggest to be my rest period and my sprint period

    thank you

Possibly....why not drink some whey protein before the cardio to get some amino acids in your system. Or have some whey and flax seed oil.

having the whey or the whey with flax may help to give you some
energy to perform the cardio. Next best thing....Diet better so that you don't have to do cardio. Don't get me wrong cadio is great for improving cardion vascular health and overal heart health but it is not neccesary for fat loss if you diet preperly.

The time you spend jumping and resting is up to you. Try starting with a minute of straight jumoing and then a minute of rest. Then try 90sec jumping and 30 sec rest.....It is really up to you as far as what you want to do here.
