You are obviously making profit from Avant labs.

When someone eats 22 grams of carbs in a day, I would call that low, you can have all the carb up days you want, you still only ate 22 grms. that day and attemped to train hard.

Yes, you are so smart aren't you. I repeat, I have not made a dime from Avant nor am I employeed by Avant.

I do hope and expect that will someday change, but it does not change the fact.

And from the moment I became affiliated with Avant, I have made that more than clear to everyone.

After losing 4lbs of LBM in a month I reduced my massive amounts of cardio to HIIT 3 times a week for 20 min. Next is to work on the diet.

RNR - I think you would be better off 2 days 20 mins HIIT, 1 day 30 min Traditional. JMO!

Okay works for me I have just finished writing up the new routine so I'll do 30 min run or bike on Wend. I really need to talk to you more about my diet, when you have a chance.

No problem. Why don't you make a post in Diet and Nutrition and post your proposed plan and I'll help you out.

Jodi, let's see how gracefully I can take my foot out of my mouth

I follow the advice you gave me religously!!! I appreciate it very much and I feel much better. And I do and will constantly ask you for more advice! In a couple of months I'd like to use ab-solve and some of the other things TP has talked about. I like what I read in your journal and I'd like to try it for myself sometime in the future. Plus I wanted to show that I agree with you and TP in the thread.

Still my friend and mentor right??!!

Of course. Nothing wrong with trying new things at all but before you go experimenting you need to give yourself a few months of a solid diet. Just was making sure I didn't let you down

Haven't let me down at all. I'm still working on figuring the Macro's and all. I'll start a journal soon. Just planning for the future. I've even cut out creatine and the other supplements I was taking on your advice!! Doing good.

Why are you cutting creatine?

Actually I'm curious as to why to? I don't recall saying you needed to do that. I may have said you will retain water while on it but you don't have to get rid of it

I was cutting all the supplements I was taking for a few months while I was getting my diet in order and then working from there. I still plan on taking creatine when the time comes, but I don't feel I need it right now while creating new eating habits. Am I wrong?

You are correct in that getting your eating habits right is the most important however you can take supplements along with cleaning up your diet.
