    there is a lot of stuff already posted here about training splits.....just do a search or check out the ironmag main page.

    i want to bench the most and get cut up in my arms and my back. i have been lifting for about 4 months as a powerlifter.

    Your going to have to chose between power lifting and body building, although not imposible to do both, getting cut arms and back is going to be counter productive to building a bigger bench.

    bodybuilding, im quiting powerlifting. i still want to get my bench up but thats the least of my worries right now.

    id rather do powerlifting than body building anyday powerlifting is something to be proud of body builders just look ,i dont know.
    bench:275
    squat:550+
    split leg deadlift:500+
    im 15 215
    never takin any suppliments just now starting tho.

    yeah it is its very hard but thats just my opinion thats something too be proud of but any1 can get cut up if they wanted too.too be able too have the strentgh to bench like 500 pnds is amazing.

    not true at all Some people are genetically predisposed to be fat and are not able to get "cut." Cutting is a skill.You sure are showing ur age.
