Charles Staley's materials?
Hi all, has anyone read / use any of the materials offered by Charles Staley (www.integratedsportsolutions.com)? He has ebooks "The Ultimate Guide to Massive Arms", and "Physically Incorrect", as well as a software called Training-Nutrition Manager. I would appreciate any comment of these materials, please. I can tell you that CS is one of the best trainers in the biz. He is one of my favorites and one that has influenced my ideas quite a bit!

Thanks for your advise, Gopro. Has anyone else use his software or bought his ebooks? I asked this because I need some information as well on these products, I have emailed him (or his company) but have not received any reply yet.
