Size and strength is achieved within the 6-12 rep range, if your focus is strength you would want to keep towards the lower end.

There is no special set/rep scheme for definition, you get definition thru proper diet & nutrition.

Going to failure every set and/or work-out can ultimately contribute to overtraining.

    I am quite interested here.
I usually do failure at the last two concentration curls.
But Why should i limit myselt to a certain rep before the last sets???
    Thanks .

I THINK THAT REPS FROM 6-8 R BEST FOR GROWTH AND EVEN STRENTH GAINING IS MUSCLE BUILDING
IF U EVEN DO 4-6 REPS WITH HEAVY WEIGHT U LL GET GROWTH
U CAN EVEN GO THE LAST SET FAILURE WITH SINGLE REP WITH THE HAEVIEST WEIGHT.
    OK
