Must be a secret recipe. I'd hoped to have the work out so I could do it today. Oh, well! Ya know you have done legs and done them good when you shake when you push the clutch in on your car.

I understand if you don't want to give it up. I don't usually ask. But I gave it a try.

I think Prince has me beat on the leg size, (not by much though).
I've noticed a big growth spurt from doing spuats and realy heavy leg press.

I think you need to go as heavy as you can with legs to make them grow.
Low reps + heavy weight = growth
