    Help with regaining Form

I am not sure if anyone remembers me from before.. I used to make a few posts regularly a couple of months ago...well
Ok here is the story in a nutshell:

I have completely lost everything I trained previously for over the summer.. unsuprisingly, Drinking till exhaustion, taking drugs and eating maybe once or twice a day if I am lucky, I am now 165lbs when summer started I was 178.2 lbs ... all so basically I am starting again... Yet at least I know how to get results this time... training and nutrition wise.. *please don't bother telling me off...

My problem is... well I am very worried about my detriorated health, I get stiff If I even run and have cramps etc etc.. my heart hearts, kidneys etc... I saw the doctor and she said just take it easy as there is no real 'Damage', yet I know I will not be able to go straight into training... any ideas of how to prepare myself for training again ? Any help would be Greatly appreciated! -thanks

Start slow! For me this means doing about 20% of my normal workout for the first week, and add another 20% or so thereafter. I mean volume, not neccessarily weight (although you will be lifting less anyway).

So you may start out if you wish with only going 2 or 3 days the first week, and instead of doing say 10 sets for a bodypart do 2.

This is what works for me, if I try to come back even 50% I will be SORE for a good stretch of time.

And how long should I train before starting a cycle of creatine again ? , and I was wondering weather a week or maybe a couple of cardio might not be a good idea to sweat some crap out and get my heart beating to a healthy rythm ?
