i think your bench is weak for someone your size.. my friend benched 235 and only weighed 145.. that's like 160% of his weight.. he was only 15.. but it's all relative

smaller guys somtimes have shorter arms and their range of motion is a little shorter that this huge dude. It might be easier for your buddy, especially if his grip is narrower and tricepts are strong. I weighed 130 and benched 210 so its all good.

Prophet do you think his sqaut is legit?

My buddy put up 300+ and only weighed 160 but he's a genetic animal

true about the arms.. but his grip was always wider than mine.. other friend is short also and a stubby 160lbs.. he can bench 300.. so short arms makes it easier.. my workout partner NOW, he's 5'11 and 170 and can rep 275-280

as for this guy's squat.. is that one rep or does he rep it? i think i can do 435 once.. i'm 210, 6'.. i rep 345 on squat.. so with his weight, it wouldn't suprise me.. has the guy ever posted up pics?

I have a friend who benches 225 at a body weight 170, and hes only 15. Then again he also rushed for 150 yards and 3 touchdowns in his last JV football game. HW87, you called me skinny and weak in another thread but as far as percentage of body weight lifted in these lifts, if your not lying, your hardly stronger than me. I bench 100% of my BW and yu bench 110%, and I've always trained with 8-12 rep sets for size, not strength. i think once you take a closer look you'll realize that you're not as strong as you think. I'll beleive your bench is very possible at that weight, but the rest is prolly BS.

back for the first time....

If your post is accurate, those lifts are excellent for a 15 yr old.

Now that you have received affirmation about your accomplishments, why don't you focus on what is important for a 15 yr old: growing up.

that's a scary thought

Chuck Norris once lost his keys and couldn't remember where he put them. So he tortured himself for half an hour until he gave up their location.

Someone mentioned it already, but if you're lifting that much, you'll fuck up your lower back in a few months. Better take care of it.

Speaking from personal experience here, unfortunately. :P

he didn't mean grow up physically. He meant grow in maturity. Stop trying to make yourself look good and focus on workin more and talking less. I bench 165% of my body but I never talk about it. no one cares about it as much as you do apparently. I would rather progress slowly while learning and building muscle than force heavey weight in high school.

when your on this forum ask questions that will benefit you and read posts that educate you instead of asking questions that promote ego contests

His arms are long once again. We have a Mr. Fantastic on our hands who can change the length of his arms at will.
