give me a workout routine (plz)
i have 1 but i want to know if therres anything better i can do i will mostly do bench,squat,iall i have is a bench press,although i can do squats on it.
im lookin to get stronger so low reps heavy weight.. ![]() |

squat:550+ split leg deadlift:500+ im 15 215 never takin any suppliments just now starting tho. |
