for you i'd aim for about 370 bench, 600 squat, 600 deadlift
That is if you don't plan on losing any weight. You can possibally even gain a little weight...Do you play football, what position?

that would be great if you can but I'd say you'll have to gain some weight. Especially if you're defensive tackle. You should try to gain 20 lbs while training extremely hard IMO. You want to make that weight gain as much muscle as possible so you don't lose any speed.

    no kidding
Chuck Norris once lost his keys and couldn't remember where he put them. So he tortured himself for half an hour until he gave up their location.

The only losers are the ones who use the phrase to label others.

Well said boys...not being strong does not make someone a loser...in fact I would say it's very shallow to label anyone a "loser."

I'm not actually concerned at all. I was just wondering if college has changed since I went. In my day getting in was measuered by your GPA not your max BP, squat, or deadlift.
