    Post need help

    i want to lose a lot of the fat that i have right now..i dont have a LOT to lose..maybe like 10 lbs or so.....and i dont do those bulking and cutting phases..should i? i weigh about 160, and im 5'8....for a bulking phase..how much cardio...and how much protein, calories, and fat? and on a cutting phase how much cardio..fat claories protein..and should i change my lifting routine at all?how long do these phases usually go for?

    Yup, post your current diet.
    For me, eating 6 meals a day helped to boost my metabolism as well as cutting back on carbs, eating more protein foods instead.
