Bicep and tricep Width
What exercises target the width of these muscles. Me and my dad were comparing arms and he is 43 and his are wider.!!!

No such thing as width............it's size in general!

Only thing you can do is work the brach, heavy hammer curls etc - the rest is raw size and genetics.

Well, you could focus on the lateral head of the tricep and the biceps brachii which could increase width, but unless you're close to IFBB pro caliber you should just focus on overall bicep/tricep size utilizing compound movements like standing barbell curls and french presses (skull crushers).
