Need help
Hi, I need help from pro guys like you....
My height is 5'10 my weight 166 and my bf% is 8%, i'm not fat, but my stomach is not flat, and my abs are not ripped, i go to the gym 4 days a week. What so I have to do, or eat or do i have to change my workout? please help me.. |

more info, post your current training regimen and people can evaluate it. Post your daily diet in the diet forum as well and they will pick that apart for ya.

Sorry to be an ass, I just find it funny that your 8% BF while pro's compeat at 3-5%.
I would suggest reading some of the old post here and post some questions after if your not sure of something. |

yeah, at 8% you should have a nice set of abs!
