    1) 1 BP a day for 5 days
    2) 2 BP a day for a 3 on 1 off, 3 on 1 off.
    or,
    3)

    None of them!

2 on 1 off, 2 on 2 off...each bodypart trained once per week.

Thanks GoPro. How many sets do you recommend. I don't feel like I'm accomplishing much if I don't do a high volume when training only once a week.

    my training split is:

    mon-legs
    tues-chest
    wed-back
    thurs-rest
    friday-shoulders
    sat-arms
    sun-rest

It works really well. The 2 on 1 off, 2 on 2 off split has never really worked for me.....at least not as well as this split works for me......Try as many different splits as possible for 6-8weeks each and see which one lends itself to the best results....There are tons of ways you can spit up your body.

No more than 9 work sets for larger muscle groups and 6 -7 for smaller ones. This may not sound like much, but if you kick your ass on each set, you will grow!!
