    Time in between sets...

What do you all recommend for time in between sets? I have been told that allowing up to 3 minutes in between sets helps with building/bulking up. Is this correct? Thanks

Depends what your working, larger muscles tend to need a little more time between sets.

Don't get hung up on it, just do your next set when your ready.
    Cool

Yes, 2-3 minutes to allow cellular energy to replenish. If you do not allow this recuperation between sets it's difficult to train and overload the muscle, fatigue will set in first.
