does it matter.. what are the benefits of either? i'm mostly compound first because i can do more weight.. anyone shine some light?
I assume you are speaking of supersets, correct? Pre-exhaust and post activation supersets are both valuable, however, European bodybilding researcher, Michael Gundill, feels that post activation is more intense and will provide more muscle fiber firing. I am somewhat split. I think both types of supersets should be used, and perhaps alternated from workout to workout.
