Routine Advice
A friend of mine told me to come here for advice..
I need a gym routine for this upcoming school year, the campus gym is free to use. I live about a 30 second walk from it. I'll have about an hour a day for working out, the gym will be available six days a week so I'm thinking maybe a three day routine consisting of arms and upper body for day 1, abs lower back for day 2, and legs and such for day 3.. I'd need help working out exact routines though I'm 19 right now, I'm 5'11 and 165 lbs. I've already received diet advice and I just need a decent workout routine. Thanks in advance! |

Well, one hour is plenty of time to work-out, and a 3 day routine will work fine for awhile.
Focus on compound movements, e.g. squats, bench press, rows, etc. I do not know your level or experience, nor your goals, or what you've done in the past, so that is about all I can say for now. |
