Anyone have suggestions on how to prevent and treat stretchmarks. I've heard vitamin e and cocoa butter, I believe those are for treatment, I suppose they would also work for prevention? Suggestions anyone?

You know I have them and they are somewhat aggrivated in the chest/armpit area right now. I am thinking that a genuine, ultra slow negative (like a warmup/stretch) may be a partial answer to letting the skin stretch out a bit?
But heck if I know, it is mildly bothersome when they are bright red from being irritated after a workout but I dont pay alot of mind to them.
I've got'm on my upper calves, and my lower quads. And then oddly, after I stopped working out, I recently developed one by my left armpit only. Strange 'cause I hadn't even worked out, and I'm not fat so it's not like my arm is expanding from eating really, loL.

I developed stretch marks when I dropped like 24 pounds in a few months, mainly where my "love handles" used to be. I wouldn't mind knowing how to treat them too.
Coco Butter lotion, vitamin E oil, Mederma are a few things. If they are old stretch marks your shit out of luck but these things will help with new ones and help prevent more.

One other thing I've seen done also is with old stretch marks, they can treat them with little hand-held UV gun, it tans your stretch marks so they try and make it as close to your natural skin tone as they can. Probably costly though.
