Lean mass training schedule for an intermediate / Go Pro.. Any suggetsions
Hello,
I'm Dave, I'm new to the board, and have seen that there are a lot of intelligent people on this board, as far as knowing their training, nutrition, supplements, etc. I especially read good things about GoPro, who seems to be the "man" everyone talks to when they need a routine, or something to shock their muscles, etc.
But anyone who has good knowledge and advice is more than welcome...
About myself, I'm 6'3 weigh around 215 - 220 lbs... My bodyfat is roughly 14 percent.
I am currently in the 3rd week of a five week cycle of T-100 (SAN), i supplement with protein, creatine, and omegas.
What Im looking for is a good lean mass program, while burning bodyfat, or keeping it as low as possible. I dont know exactly how many calories/carbs I take in a day because that is my achillies heel of working out, I dont take the time to realy count calories.. I simply make sure I get at least 4 .. preferably 5 meals a day. Anyone have any good calorie numbers for lean mass?
I consume approx 1g/lb of bodyweight of protein daily, i take 10g total of creatine.. 5 an hour b4 workout, and 5 directly after, and take T-100 3-4 times a day, spread out over 4 hour increments.
My goal is to put on lean mass, keep bodyfat low and/or burn bodyfat as well. I do want to get bigger, but not at the expense of my fat, which is too high as it is. (I never seem to be able to get fat low enough around the waist).
My questions are some good routines I could use. Ive used FLEX and Ironman routines for years with good results, and just got off Arnolds old routine, working out bodyparts twice a week, which was unusual for me, because I have always trained each bodypart only once a week.
So, how often should I take the t-100... 3 a day, 6 a day for the next 2-3 weeks?
Work each bodypart once a week? And if so, anyone have any solid routines?
Thank you much, I look forward to discussing topics with all of ya.
