A Great Chest Routine (which is best?)

hey, this is my 1st post on here, don't normally post on msg boards but everyone seems real helpful on here and i really need some advice

Okay here it goes.... I'm somewhat unhappy with my training at the moment because I can visibly see that I have lost size on my upper body (and all I wanted to do this summer is put size on my upper body, and it has NOT happened)

before the start of the summer I was on a every other day rountine, for example....

Day 1 - Chest/back/abs
Day 2 - Rest
Day 3 - Shoulders/arms/legs
Day 4 - Rest

I felt this was a good routine, first type of split training I'd done, i'd been using it for a year or so and it was working, I had a real good chest which I was proud of and i decent set of abs (used to love taking off my top when the girls were about)

However, I kept missing the odd day, I struggles to plan my week as I would be always training on different days, so I decided to change my routine at the start of the summer to the Mon/Wed/Fri split, doing....

Mon - Chest/Biceps
Weds - Back/Triceps
Fri - Legs/Shoulders (bit of abs at end of each session)

But I can see this has not helped me at all, and I'm just not making progress with it, despite people telling me it is great for bulking up!

Well now i'm looking in bad shape about to go back to college, and I play basketball which means I'm gonna struggle to bulk up over the next few months , but I'm definatly changing my programme

I need to pack some size back on my chest quick, anyone have any ideas of a great routine for doing this?

I was considering going back to my trusty 'every other day' 2 workout routine, or doing Mon: Chest/Back... Weds: Shoulders/Arms... Fri: Legs/Chest. i just feels some areas need working out more than once a week, i don't know how to fit it in without over training.

Sorry this message is long, any advice or suggestions to help me out would be much appriciated

PS. I'm 19 (been doing weights seriously since 16, so no newbie), 84kg, 12.5%BF, 6"3.... just in-case anyone wanted to know

Cheers
