Personally, I don't find it necessary to isolate the rear delts. I feel that I hit my enough when working back. But once in a while I will do bent over laterals for isolation.

I personally don't like the bent over raises however I do find that lying face down on your bench doing the dumbell raises is more comfortable and really isolates the rear delts.

If you have access to a decent pec dec machine, try reverse pec dec flyes. That exercise will hit your rear delts.

Rear Dumbbell raises are excellent and to make these more intense, lay face down on an incline bench! Doing a reverse peck deck will also hit the rear delts effectively. Another one that works good is upright rows

I sometimes use the cable crossover, I find that it isolates my rear delts pretty well.
