I think you're too young to develop serious muscle, but there's nothing wrong with starting at that age.

Except...

WARNING WARNING WARNING

I want YOU to go to a real good trainer who will teach you the correct form to do exercises. I'm telling you this because I had a sloppy trainer who didn't care much about me. As a result, I injured my lower back(lumbar area) when I was 16, which, basically, sucks.

I'd advise training for at least 3 months with low weights, learning the proper way to do everything. Read a lot of books about weightlifting and nutrition. If you do that, when you're 18-25 you'll have the best years of your life - you'll be ripped and huge

Again, above all - take good care of your body. You've got plenty of time to be the best you can be. You don't want to screw yourself.

I agree, make sure you have someone show you proper form for the exercises you will be performing.....A good trainer is really important at your age.....As far as bulking don't worry so much about that.....You are to young to worry about a specific diet (bulking or cutting). Instead, just try and make healthy food choices....If you get these two aspects down when you get older and start to grow more you will have great results and be light years ahead of your freinds who are going to start exercising at an older age.
