I have been recovering from torn ligs in my knees and ankles for the past 4 months(long story). Before that I was on a 4 day/week lifting program and one day I got a little crazy and messed up my rotator cuff. That was about 7-8 months ago.

Needles to say, 8 months of periodic half-arsed workouts has left me a flabby girly-man.

My rotator-cuff is about 95% normal and my knees and ankles about 90% normal so I'm anxious to get back in my form. I need some encouragement and some sug's for a slow intro back so I don't make the same mistakes of past.
