    fuck no, R U serious man. waste of time. Think of howo many you can do, it isn't enough resistance to cause hypertrohy. Maybe if you hav enever lifted a weight in your life you may get a little omething going on at first, but that would stop pretty quick. There is no duch thing as exercises that add definition, you aquire definition by losing the fat covering your muscles, not by doing pecific exercises.
