Its a website that I was on , because Im going through one of their programs called Max OT... a program that is very different, but guarantees better results than any program you will EVER do.
I want to konw what you guys think of it, but I have heard, and read extremely good things and seen some good results from it.
It basically encorportates 4-6 or 6- 8 reps 2 to 3 sets for one bodypart a day. No more than 6-9 total sets, very high intensity.
You can sign up for it, or you can my profile

Dont just read the first week, read them all, get an opinion and try it out, it works well.
It's a decent program and it works well for some people. However, not everyone is going to respond well to a "canned program" that emphasizes heavy weight low reps, and basically nothing else. I think it's worthwhile to try for 6 weeks and see how you respond, but I do not recommend that you stay on it indefinitely. You will find that it's very hard on your body, and ultimately you really do need to vary the amount of reps and sets you do, in other words a different type of 6 week cycle.
I am a big believer of MaxOT however I agree with Prince and I do cycle my training but most of the year I train MaxOT style. It's all about maximum overload, that is the quickest, most effecient way to stimulate muscle growth.
