buy a pair of bf calipers, like this:
    http://www.accufitness.com/products/fitness2000.html

or your local gym/club or trainer may be able to do it for you.

you have to calculate it, there is a formula.

you can go with digital calipers that will automatically calculate the %, but I find that it's difficult to be consitent with them.

you'd be better off spinning a wheel to guess your bf.

spend $20 and buy the calipers.

Dude, follow the link I put up, you can punch in the numbers there. However this should be provided in your purchase, yes you can get digital calipers, Google will pull up many sites that sell them.

If you dont have help try the 3 site, it seems fairly accurate if you do it correctly, for me anyway (some people dont store bodyfat the same as others, so this is based on statistics).

Pec, Ab, and Quads are used. For the pec you go half way between the nipple and your armpit (side of the pec). Quads let your leg lie limp while it is straight, and measure about half way down by pinching the skin, yada yada. There should also be a marker on the caliper telling you how hard to squeeze. Ab is about 2" to the side of your belly button, this one takes practice.

Here's another one that uses a 3 site measurement.
