Best time of day to workout?

Just wondered what time of day you guys reckon is the best for a weights and/or CV workout?

I heard for burning fat first thing in the morning is best (as your body relys on fat reseves for energy)

I also heard a while back that training in the evening was better but I can not recall why.... All the recent articles i've read have said morning workouts are better.

And some dude said somewhere that morning workouts are 30% more effective, but that sounds a bit like b.s. to me

    What you guys think?

Chuck Norris once lost his keys and couldn't remember where he put them. So he tortured himself for half an hour until he gave up their location.

5:00 AM, because the gym is dead and I get free reign of the equipment.

    I don't do indoor cardio.
