    Post pyramid...

    for chest ive been doing this reverse pyramid, then pyrmading up...


    flat barbell bench

    2 warm up sets of 8

    max out (1 rep)
    2-3 reps
    4-6 reps
    6-7 reps
    8- 11 reps

    then incline dumbell pyramid up

    10 reps
    8 reps
    6reps
    2-4 reps

    then some flyes/cable crossovers/pec dec.. usually 2 of those....

    do you guys this will work well .. ive been getting good stregeth gains... my one rep max has been going up every week about 5 pounds.. but is it dangerous? .. ive been doing it for about 3 weeeks...
    somehow trying to get the abs but bulk at the same time.......

    sounds good, but there is nothing i should make sure i do besides make syre my muscles are warmed up?
    somehow trying to get the abs but bulk at the same time.......

    That's great, on the following week swap it around and work your way down. It will be another shock to the muscles.
