    Abs and b/f %

I've been leaning out since the beginning of summer but I still don't have the abs that I desired. I'm 6'2 185lb 12% b/f (down from 16% yeeehaw) and visually I lost LOTS of flab around my waist in general. So, what bodyfat percentage should I approximately be on in order for my 6 pack to show? Thanks

Get to that and you should see some kind of six pack.

Keep working those abs if you haven't seen them by now. Me my self... I have a name for each of the 6... or should I say all 8 of them.

It depends on the individual. For some abs come out at 12%, for others its 6%, for most, its around 8-10%.
