Help me out with my routine.

My split goes like this and i really like it.
    Monday chest - back
    Wednesday legs
    Friday shoulders - arms.

As of today i'll be doing kung-fu every tuesday and thursday.
Today wasn't so good because i did legs yesterday and they were a litle sore which made it difficult for kung fu.
    I was thinking of doing
    M back - bis
    W chest - tris
    F legs

    or
    Monday chest - back
    Thursday delts - arms
    friday legs.
I want to have legs at the end of the week so that it dosn't interfere with kung fu.

What split do you think would work best?

    Thanks,
    Mike
