    Speed Training

    i am trying to get some time off my 40. is there ne leg workouts i should focus on, or should i just keep doin short sprints?

    i do sprints...sprints..and more sprints

    but then again i dont have all the weights

    theres a drill called the ball drill it builds your reaction time:
    have 2 people and a tennis ball , person 1 stands bout 5 to 10 yrds away from u.Hold ball slightly above head and drop, u go as soon as the ball is released and get it before it hits the second time on the ground
