    Please Critique My Routine

    Its a 2on 2off type

    Mon: Martial Arts
    Tue: Martial Arts
    Wed: Legs
    Thurs: Delts/Tris
    Fri: Rest or Martial Arts
    Sat: Chest/Biceps/Forearms
    Sun: Lats/Trap/Lower Back

    When does your body rest, it you at least one day of rest so your body can recover. With recovery your body won't get growth aswell as it could and make sure you up your vitimans as you will be an easy target for infection if you don't.

    But squeezing in a day off you will have a decent workout
    Consistancy and Variation is the key to success

    Friday is my off day i never take class on that day it's just available then. To answer the first question, i'd start my workout on the begginig of the week but monday/tuesday are the only days i can take class. Besides that how's my split??

    I was actually thinikng of altering it quite a bit i feel i will get more of my workouts this way....

    Mon: Martail Arts
    Tues: Marital Arts
    Wed: Back/Tris
    Thurs: Legs
    Fri: Rest
    Sat: Shoulders/Traps
    Sun: Chest/Biceps/Forearms

    Do you guys think this ios better than the first??

    I would rest two days...something like this

    Mon: Martail Arts
    Tues: Marital Arts
    Wed: Chest/Tris/Shoulders
    Thurs: Legs
    Fri: Rest
    Sat: Back/Traps/Biceps
    Sun: Rest

    (I'm sure your forearms are getting a workout from your Wed and Sat. workout).
