    Unhappy thigh injury ???

Yesterday I was doing legs and abs. When I was doing leg extensions, and also when I did leg press, I felt this sharp point of pain in the upper part of my right thigh that sort of shot upwards and towards the groin. So I stopped and walked about for a minute or two and then went back to the exercise and it was fine. They same pain has happend 3 or 4 times in the last 4 months, though then it was while I was on the rowing machine. Any idea what it is ???

Ask a doctor. Nobody can tell you without seeing it.
