    chest workout

    i am trying to get my bench press up so im trying this.. what do you guys think

    today it was like this

    210 - failed
    210 - failed ( really thought i could do it, ill get it next week)
    185 x3
    165 x 6-7
    155x 10

    incline dumbell press

    50x12
    60x 7
    70x3

    decline press

    140x12
    155x6-7
    155x6

    pec dec
    2 sets

    i was gonna do this again next week but without the decline, and do 2 sets of incline bar then 2 sets of incline dumbell... then pec dec again
    somehow trying to get the abs but bulk at the same time.......

    shouldn't worry bout the weights so much. concentrate on working the muscle...stretching and contracting. the weight will jump up. but your workout looks good tho.

    ha i go to school down in south jersey.. its a different world.. im from morris county... mountain lakes.. small town

    i played mt. lakes in lacrosse, back in high school. Im from hillsboro, but we were never that good. M.Lakes always winning titles.
