shouldn't worry bout the weights so much. concentrate on working the muscle...stretching and contracting. the weight will jump up. but your workout looks good tho.

i was gonna do this again next week but without the decline, and do 2 sets of incline bar then 2 sets of incline dumbell... then pec dec again
