genetics are genetics.....you can't change them. You can work to get the most out of what you have. The muscle attachments can not be changed, unless you surgically have them reattached.
I am pushing 40 yrs old. I was squating my heaviest in my college years and it was a blast! I'm looking for the vigor of yester-year once again.
My genes have dealt me with weak and fairly thin legs. In college I was working my legs soo hard that I think I changed my genetic makeup because my legs have a heavy look to them since college. My dad and my brother both have sticks for legs. Is it possible through heavy workouts and supplements to change genetic traits?
How old are you and how much do you squat?

I haven't done much squating in my day yet mainly because genetics (there it is again) blessed me with 2 bulging discs and a juvenial disc degenerative disease.
I am going to start doing really light (135lbs) just to help strenghen core muscles and not put too much pressure on my back
Best advice I can give...lift as the words genetics didn't exist.
Peace
