pyramiding while using the 6-10 method?

I just discovered what pyramiding is all about thanks to everyone here that posted at my last thread, but I have a second fundamental problem with my workout that I haven't been able to grasp yet. I plan on using enough weight on each excercise to get just 6 reps initially (upper body) 12 reps (lowerbody) until I hit 10 and 20 reps respectively. Then I'll increase the weight putting me back down to 6 and 12, but do I keep the same amount of weight throughout my workouts until I reach the 10 and 20 rep goals or do I pyramid my sets? Also, if I am supposed to keep the same amount of weight throughout each set do I bump up the weight when I reach my reps goals on the first set or third, or does it matter what set it is that you reach your rep goals on when keeping the same weight? You see my dillema right? If I don't keep the same weight though and decide to pyramid going up in weight each set, and I reach my 10 reps on bench, or bicep curls on the first set one day, that 10 rep accomplishment is only 55% of my max. And if I reach 10 reps on my 3rd set at 85% of max I would undoubtedly be pulling too many reps in the first and second sets to get those results. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What are you looking for, strength or size?

Screw it, this is what I would do...

I would pick a weight and then do say 6 sets of 6 or what have you. Once you get this volume, up the weight and shoot for the same thing. Just make sure that your volume gradually increases. Personally, I try to do the same number of reps (Generally 3) for each set, but everyone has their own way of doing things. I used to pyramid up but am now ttrying something different to see how I respond.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

I want to gain in size and strength, my actual goals are strength goals but I want to attain them as a bodybuilder would as opposed to a powerlifter.
