Has anyone tried this program before? if so what results did you get from it? and can you explain alessi's choice of exercises? (eg why back 4 times a week)
I know they got meltdown II now but it's bit advanced for me atm

his workouts are almost full body i would rather concentrate on isolating specific bp each day

the negative phase is meant to shorter to compensate
it's meant to replace the cardio for fat loss. what do you think
