Question Hey, I'm new; need help

Hello everyone, I'm new to this sport and need help. I have access to a gym 3 days a week for an hour and a half each time. Its a good gym; has lots of machines and free weights. I'd like to work on my whole body. COuld someone help me workout a routine? I'm new so please be very descriptive. Thanks

I would recommend that you do full body work-out 3 days per week, 2-3 sets per exercise (max), focus on compound movements, stay in the 10-12 rep range, 1 exercise for small muscle groups like biceps & triceps, and 2 exercises for larger muscle groups like legs. Do this for a couple of months until you build some strength, coordination, flexability, etc.

Thank you. Which exercises would be good for starting. I pretty much have everything at my disposal, but do not know which exercises are good.
    Thanks

some good full body exercises would be:
Swiss ball squats (if you havent done squats before i suggest starting with them)
    Pushups
    Wide Grip Chins
    Dips
    Military Press

Then to get more Specific if you have time:
    DB Laterals= mid delts
Uright Rows= traps and mid/front delts
    DB Bicep Curls= biceps
    DB Kickbacks= triceps
    Lat Pulldowns= lats/back
    Calf Raises= calves
    Leg Extensions= Quads
    Leg Curls= Hams
    Military Press= shoulders
    Reverse Pec Dec= rear delts/shoulders
    BB Bench Press= chest
    Cable Crossovers= chest
Bent Over One Arm DB Rows= mid back

like bench press, deads, and squats
Chuck Norris once lost his keys and couldn't remember where he put them. So he tortured himself for half an hour until he gave up their location.
