who's got the shake's

hi people i have been working out for about a year now and im going well. you know when you done a work out and pumped some iron after i always get the shakes a little i think its normal. but i wonder if it can make you have the bad shakes later on in life after weight training for a long time. so all you oldies what do you think? thanks

i don't think i've ever noticed myself get the shakes after training

are you taking caffeine or ephedrine before your work outs?

yes i am

i have just started taking gen thermogen xs. im getting high off the stuff not to sure wether to carry on useing it but i need to loose some body fat. it has ma huang in it but i think that stuff is banded now. thanks

sometimes i get muscle spasms after training. but this rarely happens. are these the kind of shakes you are talking about??

Lord knows that I can get the shakes during my WO, I am definately a E/C user so when my arms are tired I get pretty shakey

I do not take any supplements, but when I'm working my biceps, especially concentration curls, my legs start spazzing like crazy.

i get the shakes, i totally know what ur talking about, when i take my shirt off after a good workout i can totally feell my wrists and arms spasming, and sometimes during the day little strands of my muscle will start to contract/spasm and i can see it too, its the wierdest thing...

i think he is taking about his hands shaking all the time. I always had this since i can remeber. But i think the reason why he is shaking is because of gen thermogen xs tha he is taking. It might have caffene in it or another stimulent (sorry can't spell). just my 2 cents

it is the thermogen xs thats giveing me my shakes. today i was buzzing man i dont know if that's good or bad really. i think not but i carry on till i finish.
maybe im wanking to much thats what's giveing me the shakes

This is usually symptom of overtraining.

Im an E/C user too, and yep I get the shakes after a workout.

I get the shakes but I don't take anything nor consume any caffine. My hands shake 24/7 b/c of my muscular distrophy but while working out everyone comments on my shaking but I don't know why I do it. People think I starv myself but if they only knew what I ate they would think otherwise. But I just deal with it and work harder to shut people up.
