    personal trainner

    HI....
    i want to be a personal traniner but i don't know what corse i should take... and i'm in high school now......any trainer out there can help me????

    yeah, physiology would be good, anatomy too. Some biology or chemistry or any science class may be helpful, especially if you are thinking about going to college to study exercise science, kineseology or exercise physiology.

    Other than that read as much as you can right now, whether you are taking a class or not.

    Anatomy, biology, physiology, chemistry, kinesiology, and psychology are all good for the aspiring PT. You can also take an in home PT course of which there are several...ISSA, NAHF, and a few others.

    Your best bet would be to go on to college and get a Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, then get your PT certification from ISSA, or whoever.

    Anymore to have credibility you almost need the degree, also I believe that in the future it may even be required.
