brittle bodybuilders?

i was hearing from some people that people like ronnie coleman and all the other bodybuilders virtually get injured real easy because they bruise real easy with all their muscle? is this true?

they bruise easy from all their muscle?????r u sure that's what u meant??well they probably get injured easier because they're doing heavier lifts, sometimes dangerously heavy

actually most bodybuiders don't lift heavy. They are using heavy weight but the weight you use is relative to the person, they are still working with in 8-12 rep range. If they were to go heavy they would be trying to hit 1s or 2s like a power lifter.

Maybe the bruises you are refering to are from site injections...lol

Bruises? More like ripping and tearing muscle and connective tissues. In Ronnie's video at contest prep time he did 800 for 2 reps SLDL.

im talking like if they got hit on the arm or if they played football, would they bruise easier because of all of their muscle?
