find some classifieds, green sheet, thrifty nickle. look in there for weight sets, home weights, etc... when you get to their home and if you see they are fat and out of shape, offer them half of what they posted in the paper. or garage sells, you can pick up weights cheap. the last set i got before i joined a gym was a bench seat and about 100 lbs in weghts all for the cost of getting it out of the guy's garage. great workout and cheap. good luck.

    Depends on your fitness goals.

Loki's idea was great. Nothing much you can do unless, you know a friend that has a work out room in his/her home or garage.
You may look around the house to see what all you have that can be used as weights. Like, veggie cans, wine bottles, broom stick (for abs) Bricks, blocks, Jump rope, Stairs, heavy chairs that will hold your weight and keep balanced where you can do dips, couch (put your feet on edge and do push ups) etc.......Open your eyes sweet cheeks, explore your own home. Make friends. Did you have a work out buddy at the gym you use to go to? Maybe the two of your can hook up?

Or, simply shop online for equipment. Try Ebay.

Bodyweight exercises will do in a pinch. Push-ups, dips, chins, squats, lunges can all be done with NO equipment and give you at least a half decent workout depending on the variants you use.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.
