Why use so many exercises? I only use 2 exercises for chest.
Try switching to higher reps for awhile.
i have posted my current chest routine in a few threads below but i need to change it up... here it is right now

incline dumbell

x6-8
x4
pec dec , cable crossovers, decline (2 of them)
i have stopped making gains and am afraid i am starting to go down so i was just gonna switch it like this
flat dumbell press
x10
x8
x6
x4
x2
incline bar bench
x8-10
x6-8
x4-6
then pick another 2... can you guys please help adjust this for me to gain stregnth and mass... or can you list yours if its been working.. thanks

12 sets is good
