Hi everyone,
I gained 15lbs in 2 months with 3500 cal a day. I am happy with the gain, but I see some fat on my tummy, and my face got puffy, which I don't want. Should I lower my cal and increase my protien. I am thinking of cycling my diet, like every two months with high cal., then switch to high protien. I am 6'4' 200lbs. I want to be 225 by next summer. I don't do cardio right now. Should I add a cardio workout to lose bf. I want to gain the weight with little bf.
