I was being a little sarcastic I guess, but right after I finish mine I cant hold crap, maybe not even a pencil. I usually do forearm curls with the bar. When I roll the bar down to estend I usually estend my finger tips also. 3 sets of 20 and a 4th set I do a burn out until I cant possibly push the bar up any more.
    Lift hard, or go home!
Zed : Bring out the Gimp.
Maynard : But the Gimp's sleeping.
Zed : Well, I guess you're gonna have to go wake him up now, won't you?
