On friday my trainer got extremely pissed at me because I was "overtraining" (I wasn't) He said some stupid stuff about a cybex circuit and he stuck me to this routine.
3x12 Leg Press
3x12 Calf Raises
3x12 Lat Pulldown
3x12 Chest Press
3x12 Overhead Press
3x12 Bicep Curls
3x12 Tricep Pushdowns
(all on machines!!!)
(Only two days a week)
He said I could substidute some of the exercises. Using this template what would be the best exercises to do?
