    Squats=Pain?

    When I do squats with a squat machine, they really hurt my shoulders. I asked my trainer if it was because of bad form and he said no. Why is it painfull?

    Don't use a squat machine, use free weights.

    Lenny: Pfft, forget it, Homer. While it has been established that eggs contain cholesterol, it has not yet been proven conclusively that they actually raise the level of serum cholesterol in the human

    hey i use smith squat machine..
    u know a kind of machine...where the barbell's motion is restricted along the line...
    i also do bench press and military press with it. It is quite good
    since i don't have to worry about balance..
    but i do'nt hold good view over that machine..
