    how to gain mass in arms

    how do i gain mass in arm exercises i always see guys with big arms and not a good developed chest.now my problen is the opposite i have a well developed chest and not really big arms can somebody tell me why?

    I think your arms are fine, your shoulders could be a little bigger, but that could just be the pose you are in.
    If sense were common, everyone would have it.

    close grip bench, skull crushers, dips.. 3 things i do for tris and i love them.. building lots of mass.. keep benching heavy too

    i agree 110% with what prophet said. close grip bench, skull crushers, dips are the way to go.

    you are probably going too close with tha grip, if you go really close then more stress is placed on the elbows and wrists. place the about an inch in form the lines on your olympic bar and that is close enough to recruit the triceps
