Pyramiding vs. Constant Weight!?!?
OK...Here is another topic to be discussed. Lets say i Keep my 4 day routine of Legs on Monday, Bi's/Chest on Tues... Off Wed...Back/Tri's on Thurs...Shoulders on Fri.
What would the difference in results be, via muscle size, density, strength between doing my normal 3 sets of 6-8 with the same weight as opposed to pyrmiding doing lets say 3 sets of 10-8-6 reps, adding weight as I go down in reps??? |

only time i pyramid is when i do a set or 2 and realize it was too light or that i got too many reps up.. so i go up in weight to get like 4-5 reps on the last set.. i'd be curious to hear what the benefits are to pyramiding are also but i would guess it all depends on what works for you.. i prefer the weight constant tho
