    Time

    What is better, lifting in the morning, or at night before you go to bed, or does it even matter?

    It is all about your preference theoretically, it is best to be consistent about when you get in there so your body can be accustomed to going that specific time and be mentally prepared at that time. Some people like to go late, some really early. I personally think that the more meals you can get in that day after your WO, the better so earlier is provbably best in that aspect. your test levels are highest early in the morning too. It really is just personal preference though

    It doesn't matter. Lift when it is most convenient and when you can focus the best. Try to lift at the same time with consistency and your body will develop a "rhythm" for that time.

    I have always prefered late afternoon (4-6pm), I feel that I have more energy.

    Some say morning because of test levels, some say night because of GH, so just lift whenever you feel best I think.
